Pre-orders
Can I refund my pre-order?
No, all pre-orders purchases are final after 48 hours. During those 48 hours, please contact me through e-mail if there has been a mistake or if you would like to exchange an item. Pre-ordering is a commitment that requires a great deal of patience; so if you're not committed, please consider not purchasing! Pre-orders help pay for the production process for these items. Meaning, they are items to be made and not in stock until the funds are sent to the manufacturer and arrive to me after production is complete. It will take 2-8 weeks for the items to arrive to me and will be shipped out accordingly. Please note that production and shipping may be delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, holiday season, or an issue during production. I will update the status of all pre-order items on my Instagram and Twitter.
How long are pre-orders open?
Pre-order periods last for a month and will re-open if there is enough interest for an item. Limited edition items will only have one pre-order period and will not be sold again once all pre-orders and in-hands are gone for that item.
What is the average production time?
Depending on the item, the average production time can last from 2 - 8 weeks (potentially longer.)
What is the time-line for the October pre-order period?
The pre-order period for October starts on October 16 and closes on November 16. On November 17, I will purchase all the items. It will take 2 - 8 weeks for those items to arrive to me; once they do, I'll start shipping out orders. Shipout periods, depending on the item, can start earliest the first to second week of December and will arrive around the holiday season. The latest an item will shipout is February or March of next year due to its production and shipping time to me.

!! Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, please be patient and expect shipping delays on all orders. I will not be held responsible for any lost packages, but I will work with you to help find it !!
What countries are you shipping to?
I am only shipping orders in the United States and Canada.
What's the processing time for shipment?
When all the items arrive to me, I will make an effort to start packing them for shipment right away. Please note that I am a full-time University student, so it will take around 7 - 14 business days for me to pack and ship your order to you.
How long does it take for my item to get to me?
All items are shipped with First-Class mail. Depending on where you are located, all domestic orders could take 1-3 business days. All international orders could take about 1 - 4 or so weeks. Please expect delays due to the pandemic.
If my item says delivered, but hasn't arrived what should I do?
If it isn't in your mailbox within 24 hours of its delivered status, please:
- Check with your neighbors
- Check around all possible locations it could be delivered within the vicinity
- Check with your local post office and notify them of a missing package. You could open a missing package claim as well.
Otherwise, you're always welcome to e-mail me and we could figure out a solution. Please note that I may not have a replacement readily available and will not be able to refund your order. I should be your last resort.
